Shipping Policy:
Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation via email, SMS, or phone call.
Shipping Updates (Optional): You may receive an email notification or SMS update once your order has been shipped, depending on the contact information you provide.

Return & Refund Policy:
You can return your order within 7 days after it has been delivered to you.
The deadline for returning an order is 7 days from the date you received the goods. In order to exercise your right of return, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Your refund will be issued within 30 days after we have received and inspected the returned products. Refunds will be processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer, based on your preferred payment method.
Conditions for returns:
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
The item is returned in its original condition, unopened, with all seals intact, and in the original packaging.
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact us at info@silksyn.com. If your return is approved, we will provide:
A return shipping label, and
Instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend a trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Order Inspection:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
